MP3 Player ear moulds (Microflex)

Customised ear moulds for the earphones you currently use with your MP3 player. The material used in these ear moulds is Microflex. Microflex is a two component addition vulcanising silicone material with very soft consistency for producing permanently elastic ear moulds. It is non-allergenic and is the material of choice for paediatric applications.

Customer Notes

1. Once your order has been received we will contact you to attend one of our clinics so that impressions can be taken of your ear canals. This appointment will take about 20 minutes.
2. Custom earphone moulds are sold as a pairs
3. If you have earphones and you are happy with the sound they reproduce you will need to bring them with you to that appointment.
4. We will send your earphones with the impressions off to our manufacturers by registered post where they will be integrated with your customised ear moulds during the manufacturing process.
